Hello, I'm Sharron, and I took over the Farmhouse Deli & Cafe during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic. The cafe was nestled across from the post office on the bustling main street of Horsham.

 

Despite the challenges experienced during the pandemic, the Horsham community rallied behind the cafe, leading to its continued success. By embracing a strong set of values and transitioning from a deli cafe to a local providore and cafe, we saw the business continue to flourish.

 

Our cafe served as a gathering place where customers can connect with family, friends, our team, and of course enjoy delicious food and coffee. Our mission is to ensure that every individual departs happier than when they first arrived. With a focus on locally sourced products for our providore, our shelves were stocked with an array of items such as jams, chickpea brownie mix, olive oils, handmade chocolates, tea, honey, and chickpea treats.

 

In the early hours of October 9th, tragedy struck as an electrical fire engulfed our beloved cafe. I received a call from the local police at 2am alerting me to the fire. It was a devastating blow, having poured my heart and soul into our cafe, team and customers unfortunately I watched it vanish overnight.

 

But our story doesn't end there. We are actively seeking our next location and are determined to come back stronger than ever. I am immensely grateful to our incredible team and loyal customers who have stood by me during this trying time. The unwavering support from our entire community, particularly the people of Horsham, has been truly heartwarming. I couldn't have asked for a better community to be a part of.
